- Plan the timing of each step in the order management process to ensure that goods are delivered on time;
-Follow up booking with suppliers and forwarder;
- Arrange and supervise the loading of the goods;
- Follow up on the suppliers and forwarder to ensure the timely clearance of goods at ports;
- Follow up on suppliers and forwarder to ensure that all shipping documents including the BL,CO,PL, and CI are delivered on time;
- Monitor payments to shipping agents.
