主要职责Main duty and responsiblities：
-evaluate and select the RF total solution for new projects;
-Responsible to troubleshoot and solve difficult RF problems during project development，make sure porject proceed smoothly;
-In charge of inovation and new technology new platform introduction of RF team;
- give training to RF members and promote their RF skills;
-Accomplish all the relevant works which assigned by the superior.
任职资格Qualifications requirements:
-Bachelor or above degree in Microwave technology++ Tele-communication;
-At least 4 years experience in the field of RF designs;
-Well known about CMU200、Network analyzer、spectrum analyzer and oscillography;
-Solid RF knowledge ,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Able to work under pressu;
-Good English ability.
