工作描述
1Responsible to set up and maintain the quality system for the new factory
负责公司质量体系的建立和维护
2Work with purchasing dept. on supplier audit, support on supplier system improvement and product quality improvement
同采购部门一起进行供应商审核, 协助进行工厂体系改善和产品质量改进
3Responsible to inspect and approve for new products, also prepare and implement the incoming/in-process/outgoing inspection standard, and trace for the inspection result, ensure that qualified products are shipped to globe customers. 负责新产品的检验及批准，以及量产产品的进料/过程/出货检验标准的制定，并跟踪检验结果，确保合格产品发送至全球客户。
4Responsible for customer complaint investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action plan/ evaluation and result follow-up. 负责处理客户投诉，进行原因分析，评估采取措施并及时跟进处理结果
5Report to Quality supervisor

任职要求
1College graduate or above
大专或以上学历
2Familiar with ISO9001 requirement, with experience in quality system setting up and maintenance. Experience in Environment/Occupational Health/Automotive Quality management system and with internal auditor qualification are preferred
熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系要求，有建立和维护体系经验。有环境/职业健康/汽车质量管理体系经验/内审员资格者优先
3At least 3 years experience in quality field, familiar with metal products inspection requirement, be able to use common inspection equipments, eg. Vernier caliper, Universal angle measurement etc
3年以上质量工作经验，熟悉金属产品的检验要求， 熟悉通用检验工具的使用，如游标卡尺，角度尺等
4Good written and spoken English
良好的英语说，写的能力
5Good knowledge of Micro office, eg: word, excel, powder point, outlook etc
熟练运用办公软件如：work, excel, powder point, outlook等
6Be able to work under pressure, motivated and hard working, well organized, team work, flexible, problem solver
能在压力下工作，积极主动，工作认真负责有条理， 具有团队合作精神，灵活，能解决问题
