Main Responsibilities:
-In charge of coordinating with the design institute, consulting with architects, engineers and authorities to make sure that projects are completed successfully;
-Supervise construction sites and contractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained;
-Responsible for the maintenance of technical and other pertinent documents, implement quality control procedures and establish detailed schedules for on-site inspection activities of civil phases.
Requirements
-University degree in Civil Engineering;
-Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in design and construction with a strong emphasis on building systems detail review and execution, experience in the industrial industry preferred;
-Previous working experience with multinational and/or in foreign country engineering company preferred;
-Good communication skills, personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness, management and leadership ability;
-Be willing to take on a management/system co-ordination role;
-Be experienced in the problem-solving of field issues;
-Computer proficient (MS Word, Excel, Project & AutoCAD drafting);
-Good written and spoken English.
