Supplier process improvement, provide process evaluate and audit to suppliers and work with suppliers to establish sufficient process control method and make sure the implementation ;2. Establish clear and common agreed components spec and inspection method, including inspection sheet, go-no go gauges, Gauge R&R, etc;3. Visit the supplier and monitor the quality status of supplier; 4. Failure analysis and follow up the action plan of supplier;5. Provide the training such as process control, PPAP, to improve the quality of supplier;6. Statistic and evaluate the supplier's pererrorformance with SPC, first pass yield etc;7. Responsible for new products transfer projects quality function include new suppliers evaluation, audit, qualification and new components development together with R&D,ME, Purchasing departments, 8. New products/suppliers qualification according to PPAP requirements, internal control plan and inspection methodologies, procedures, OQA standard and procedures; 9. Work according to the plant business goals, to continues measure, identify projects at supplier's side, by using standard quality tools so as to raise suppliers quality level to meet plant improvement needs; 10. Assist Manufacturing and QC in for problem solving and supplier communication for any nonconerrorforming materials 11. Other works relating to supplier's quality and technical issue assigned by Manager; |
| Qualifications (Education, Knowledge & Skills, Experience, Personal Characteristics, Special Needs):Essential / Required:1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related field2. Minimum 5 years working experience in supplier quality management3. Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA. 4. Knowledge of probability & statistic and able to apply QA concepts in quality improvement.5. Machining/Casting/Stamping/Injection mold knowledge and experience will be the advantage. 6. Good analyzing, problem solving and communication skills 7.
