Job Description:
1. Subcontracting Management
*Analyse monthly subcontracting PPV
*Analyse monthly material usage variance report for subcontracting transactions.
2. Costing & Inventory Management
*Conduct monthly closing process for costing & inventory cycle
*Ensure the maintenance of adequate inventory records in relation to all the inventories. Investigate and report discrepancies.
*Prepare monthly production cost variance (material usage) analysis including the purchase price variance analysis.
3. System & Internal Control
*Mastery on MRP & ERP system on inventory related functions to assist related ad hoc analysis
*Understand & conduct internal control on subcontracting & inventory related transactions
Qualification:
1. College and above with a major in costing or accounting
2. More than 3 years expenience in manufactory costing area. (IT experience & background is much better for us)
