职位描述:
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电气电子背景 College and above Electrical and electronic background。
2、至少5年以上电子电气测试工作经验，具有管理工作经验优先。
At least 5 years working experience in electrical or electronic testing and with experience at management position is a plus.
3、精通灯具标准（UL,IEC等）； Proficient in standards( UL, IEC) for luminaries;
4、 英语听说读写佳；熟练运用办公软件（word, excel, PowerPoint等）；
Good in both written and spoken English; Familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.);
岗位职责：
1、 精通质量管理工具（QC手法、8D等）Proficient use of quality management tools (QC 7 tools, 8D etc.)
2、专门从事零部件和产品测试；Specialize in component/product testing;
3、 测试问题分析和改进推动；Testing failure issue analysis and improvement driving;
4、 定义测试夹具和方法；Define testing fixtures and methods;
5、 测量仪器管理（校准、维修、采购等）Measurement instrument management (calibration, repairing, purchasing etc.)
