Roles& Responsibilities:
In charge of daily management of tooling department.
Make sure that the team as a whole is among themselves on the same wavelength and in balance with each other.
Report to Vice G.M
Requirements:
Fluent written and oral English.
Have at least 5 years’ management experience from a western company productions environment and management principles.
Overview, analytical sense, flexibility and power of penetration are an essentials demand.
Working way are structural and systematic, Independence, self-starter.
