Industry Type: Manufacturing Industry (Auto Ancillary)
Functions Handled: Account Holder (Chinese/ US / European Markets)
Functional Knowledge: Exposed to handling independently accounts in regions at European or US Markets besides Chinese market
Technical and Systems exposure: Knowledge of marketing forged and machined auto components, Quality Systems (TS16949) / Customer Relations Management (CRM), Logistics Management, RFQ handling.
Position Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
Responsible for all the key accounts in China and export markets.
Developing new business with major OEMs in China and overseas markets.
Ensure optimum business realization from the new business enquiries.
Prepare quarterly sales and profit projections and strive to achieve them.
Analyzing the customer demands, trends and re-calibrate them with the budget plans
Planning the range, type, quantity and quality of merchandise according to the capacity and utilize the capacity fully.
To be responsible for timely delivery, customers response management, service level metrics and Customer Relations Management
Desired Profile
The desired candidate should be a proven successful person in the auto component industry, and should possess the following personal qualities
Must have clean work ethics and high integrity
Should possess excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill.
With result oriented past experience in exports of Auto Ancillaries
Good knowledge of International market.
Good sense of sales and marketing
