工作职责：
职位概要:Post Summary:
管理公司的销售运作，带领销售队伍完成公司的销售计划和销售目标。Manage the selling process, lead sales department to finish sales plan and achieve the target.
工作内容:Working Content:
》根据全国区域市场发展和公司的战略规划，协助中国区负责人制定总体销售战略、销售计划及量化销售目标；Assist with the Country Head to make sales strategy, plan and goal, in accordance to national or area marketing development and company’s stratagem.
》制定全年销售费用预算，完成公司下达的销售任务； Decide the annual cost budget, and complete the sales task.
》制定销售额、市场覆盖率、市场占有率等各项评价指标； Set down each evaluating indicator for sale, percentage of market coverage, percentage of market occupancy.
》分解销售任务指标，制定责任、费用评价办法； Distribute sale task, workout an evaluation method for responsibility and cost.
》制定、调整销售运营政策； Make and adjust sales process policy.
》组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场问题；Organize and lead Sales department to achieve the sale target and negotiate each marketing problem.
》汇总、协调货源需求计划以及制定货源调配计划； Gather and adjust goods resource demand plan and workout goods preparation plan.》协调销售关系； Adjust distribution relation.
》调整销售区域布局及业务评价。Adjust the distribution of sales territory and operation evaluation.
》遵循ISO9001、TS16949、ISO14001的体系要求，确保其有效运行；Following the system requirement of ISO9001、TS16949、ISO14001 to ensure it run effectively.
》对体系运行中的异常现象采取纠正预防措施； Adopting the corrective and preventive actions for the abnormal condition in system running.
岗位要求：
教育背景:Education Background:
◆市场营销专业或相关专业本科以上学历。Major in marketing or related subjects, graduate from regular college or better.
培训经历:Training Experience:
◆受过市场营销、产品知识、产业经济、公共关系、管理技能开发等方面的培训。Trained for knowledge about marketing, product information, industrial economy, public relationship, management techniques development, etc.
经 验:Working Experience:
◆5年以上机械行业销售管理工作经验。5 years or more of working experience in the field of mechanical sale management.
技能技巧:Techniques and skills:
◆对市场营销工作有较深刻认知；Understand more and deeper about marketing.
◆有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，有极强的组织管理能力；Have a good judgment and developing ability for the market, and can organize properly.
◆熟练操作办公软件；Use office software masterly;
◆优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。Being able to listen, speak, read and write in English fluently;
