要求 Requirements:
1. With > 5 years of relevant experience in project management for product development or product transfer projects. Preferably, experience with high volume manufacturing operations in metal, wood manufacturing and trading of 3rd party goods.
2. Excellence in communication skills with good command of English.
3. Good working knowledge in managing cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
4. Good application knowledge of quality tools/ problem solving tools.
5. With proven track record in "quality improvement initiatives" under manufacturing environment.
6. Higher degree in Engineering discipline or MBA is an added advantage.
7. Good knowledge in Logistic and warehousing.

职责Responsibilities:
1. Lead the project team and realize the project goals; in terms of quality, time and cost. Project Leader need to manage the project related risks, inerrorform the management about status and progress and if needed take corrective actions.
2. The project leader is responsible for the project team. He/she needs to coach the team members, foster the team work and ensure the resources are assigned. This includes conflict and resource management with functional managers.
3. The project leader is co-responsible for content of the project. The project manager need to challenge the quality of work and align issues with functional managers.
4. To drive improvement initiatives for project management. Keep up with the latest trends in project management.
