Competences:
1、按照内部规定和预算执行财务部门职能
2、经总经理认同后，有能力雇佣或解聘本部门员工
3、在公司内执行内控系统
4、与总经理一起签署月报和年报
Preferred personal profile:
1、有财务经理、主办会计或审计的经验
2、欧洲企业工作背景优先
3、英语书面和读写流利
4、能与本公司同事及母公司同事很好的合作
5、处理好财务工作的同时，能很好地进行管理工作
6、能通过实际行动得到大家的认可
7、能掌控自己的工作，工作细致准确
8、能够自我管理，有管理者潜质

10、相关专业本科以上学历
11、有财务方面资格证书
12、熟悉生产型外资企业财务准则

Tasks:
1 Responsible for Financial Management、 Commercial understanding, quality and speed are key words
2 Responsible for preparing the monthly and annual reporting for the company to Management, Board, Mother Company and Chinese authorities、
3 Continuously prepare analyses of profitability on business areas, customers, products and projects
4 Preparing budgets and forecasts
5 Cash flow management
6 Establishing the necessary internal control systems
7 Member of the management team of the company
8 Contact to external partners: Mother Company, Board, Auditor, Tax-advisor, Insurance Company and Chinese authorities
9 Ad hoc tasks for General Manager and for Financial Manager in Mother Company
Competences:
1 The Financial Manager has the competence to carry out the above responsibility, tasks and management of his department within the internal rules and budgets
2 In consultancy with General Manager the Financial Manager has the competence to employ and dismiss employees in own area
3 The Financial Manager has the competence to implement the necessary internal control systems within the whole organization
4 The Financial Manager has the competence to sign monthly and annual reports together with General Manager
Preferred personal profile:
1 You have working experience as financial manager, chief accountant or auditor
2 Experience from a Western Company is preferable
3 Fluently English or good knowledge in English is preferable
4 You have the capability to perform the above tasks in cooperation med the other employees in the Company and with key persons at the Western Mother Company
5 You are able to combine your daily operative work with the management tasks in the organization
6 Through your behavior you have the ability to provide respect about your tasks and proposals
7 You have high precision in your work and control of your tasks
8 You are self managed and you have managerial potential and are strong
9 The job means contact to all employees in our Company This demands ability to communicate and cooperate
10 You have a higher theoretical education within economics
11 You can present the necessary certificates to act as Financial Manager as well as examination certificates and you can present referees
12 You are familiar with Chinese accounting booking procedures for a foreign production and sourcing company
13 You are prepared to participate in education at the Mother Company in Denmark
