学历：大专以上，机械或相关专业。
要求：
1、3-4年相关工作经验
2、必须有在螺杆空压机工厂工作的经验
包括：生产计划；设立生产设施及维护；原料储存和内部物流管理；安排生产，以满足及时发货；产品过程和质量控制；理解 和部署良好的制造规范（如精益生产）；通过改进生产降低成本；工人的培训
3、具备团队精神；愿意帮助企业的发展；能与外籍人员互相帮助，进行相关培训；对持续改进有建设性意见
4、如有ERP知识、在新成立公司工作的经验、跨国公司工作经验及流利的英语听说读写能力者更佳
Eductaional qualification : Engineering degree from a college of repute, preferably in mechanical or allied field of engineering
Work experince :
-3-4 years post qualification experience.
Experience in a screw air compressor factory is a must
Work experince to include the following :
Production planning involving
Establishment of production facilities & maintaining them
operating the raw material store & managing internal logistics
managing production to meet ontime delivey
Inprocess & quality control of products
understanding & deloyment of good manufcaturing practices like lean
Training of workmen ; cost reduction through productivity improvement
Must Traits :

Keenness to learn and help the organisation in its future growth.
Should be able to interact with the Expat for functional training
Must have an eye for continuos improvement
Nice to have traits :
working Knowledge on any good ERP.
Having worked in a start up organisation
Experience in a multinational company
A decent knowlegde of spoken English
