Responsibilities:
1. Support GM on daily operation, leading and championing business and process efficiencies and improvements which align to Savera’s global and regional strategy and management concept at all aspects.
2. Focus on plant management which impacts the organization financial performance including manufacturing process optimization, new product development, inventory and cost reduction.
3. Introduce the advanced managing concept and system into JV company.
4. Support Savera China on other investment plan and project.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree major in mechanical , engineering, Financial or Marketing
2 MBA, preferably CEIBS
3 Fluent in both oral and written English.
4 Over 5 years industrial experience in multi-national company, and minimum 3 years operation and project management, the experience in steel or elevator industry will be plus,
5 Has working experience in a joint-venture environment,
6 Multinational/multicultural experience, understanding of mixed cultures and working environments.
7 Strong management and leadership capability, be good at resolve complicated issues;
8 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate, influence and interface effectively at all levels.
9 Good team-work spirit, result oriented. Capable of working under pressure.
