职位一：
Commodity Manager-Electrical（采购经理－电气）
Report To: Commodity Manager-Far East
Subordinates: None
Key Relationships: Suppliers, Design Engineers, Production, Quality, Purchasing.
MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Work on NPD programs for sourcing and Qualification of electrical components for Energy Solutions Group.
2、Identify sole source, single source and long lead time electrical parts and aggressively localize and qualify the same.
3、Develop the electrical components like PCBA, cable, wire harness, fan, transformer, etc with Local or alternate suppliers.
4、Understand the concept of the PHEV/EV battery pack systems.
5、Get Quotes from Suppliers for electrical components and do cost analysis.
6、Work with suppliers for developing the electrical samples
7、Manufacturer of electrical components audits and approvals along with vendor quality team.
8、Do on site testing, evaluation of electrical components if required
9、Track the electrical samples being sent to various design centers for qualification and coordinate for the same.
10、Create Market intelligence reports for electrical commodities sourcing in China
11、Other work assigned from time to time.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1、BS Electrical with specialization in Automotive Industry
2、At least 5 to 8 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or R&D Organization in an Automobile industry. The experience criteria can be relaxed for good candidates.
3、Should have exposure to costing of custom designed electrical components.
4、Working experience on Sourcing, Purchasing or Component Engineering, Creative thinking, Analysis, Presentation, Development, Implementation & verification
5、Strong communication skills, good people organizational skills, a good facilitator
6、Excellent analytical skills to identify improvement areas and make proper recommendations.
7、Strong Project Management Skills.
8、The candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
9、Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking.
