工作描述
1. The repair of the returend motors
退回电机的维修；
2. Deal with analysis of the returend motors and propose the Corrective and Preventative action.
分析退回电机，并提出解决及预防措施；
3. Communicate with customers both domestic and oversea about the after sales quality issue.
与国内外客户沟通关于售后质量的事宜。
4. Pepare the analyze report and summary all the customer return and complaint;
完成关于退回电机及客诉的分析报表及总结；
5. Follow up the correct action.
跟踪改进措施的实施效果。
requirement:
要求：
1. University degree with mechanical dislpline.
大学学历，机械专业；
2. 3 years experience of after sales or technical support
三年或者以上售后服务或技术支持经验；
3. good communication skill
善于沟通；
4. good command of English both in written and verbally
熟练的口语及书写英语水平。
