Main Function：
1、Management techniques in conjunction with the Program Management APQP-based process.
2、Core program team and complete Program Planning Process to ensure development of a complete program plan and work breakdown structure, including the financial Pro Forma. Meet all design, quality, production, financial, and milestone。
3、Timing needs of the Program. Develop and maintain project timing charts, plan, lead.
4、Conduct timely team meetings and program status reviews. Communicate or present project status as needed through reports and program management reviews at all levels.
5、Identify and resolve project issues, using root cause analysis and provide a robust process for change management. Ensure a change control and corrective action process is in place that aligns with the customer’s systems.
Qualifications：
1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
2、A minimum of three to five years experience in manufacturing or related product/process.
3、Project management experience preferred
4、Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management, managing a variety of cross-functional team members.
5、 Excellent team leadership skills. Capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks.
6、 Understanding of production processes and manufacturing flow Experience reading design prints is a plus.
7、Proficiency in written and oral communications
