Responsibilities:
1.Assist transportation director implement physical operation in Pinghu base
2.Monitoring, guide training supervisor implement driver recruiting, training ‘s progress and quality.
3.Monitoring, guide Planner daily work – truck planning
4.Cash card, fuel card management and verify the monthly expense
5.Support driver to solve problem during operation or in transit.
6.In charge of driver monthly safety training program.
7.Verify monthly KPI , work out improvement plan and evaluation method for the plan. Also report to transportation director.
8.Subcontractor management.
9.verify department internal cost.
10.Co-operate with Customer service team.
11.Deal with truck plate application, registration and annual inspection related issues – ALL.
12.Work with maintenance team to set annual maintenance schedule, minimize impact to business running due to maintenance operations.
13.Implement employee quarterly, annually performance evaluations and report to transportation director.
14.Responsible for transportation accident handling
Requirements:
1.major : BS
2.3 year or above solid operation experience on transportation management
3. fluent in English by oral and writing
4. familiar with the transportation market in china
5.good team work spirit and communication capability.
