Take care of the customer interface in day-to-day business: Direct contact person for application and start-up personnel of OEM-customer and their subsidiaries
Problem management / Trouble shooting
Contact person in case of problems during start-up at OEM-customer.
Contact person in case of problems in fieldwork.
Support of the OEM-personnel on site of customer.
Reproducing errors, incl. Error documentation and handling of error reports.
Service tasks together with the Service Engineers
Coordinating of on-site operations at OEM and end customer for the purpose of problem analysis and troubleshooting.
Support in case of serial production errors and during the products launch phase.
The ideal candidate, a Master or Bachelor Degree holder in mechatronics, electronics, telecommunication technology, electrical engineering or automation technology, should have 2 years experience in programming of Automation products, preferred in the field of injection molding / plastics machinery. Knowledge of IEC61131-3 and Java language is appreciated. He or she should have fluent English speaking and writing skills and should be willing and ready for traveling in China and partly abroad (such as Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and others ,…).
