Mission:
The mission of this role is to lead and manage the financial and accounting team.He/she is responsible to establish and maintain an effective financial & accounting system and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the accounting in the company, as well as support the General Manager and Chief Finance Officer on financial forecasts and budgeting, cost control, cash flow and treasury management, legal issue and taxation optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Supervision and management on financial & accounting works of the JV Company; leading the financial department of the Company
2.Reporting the financial management and performance of the JV Company to CFO in headquarter and General Manager of the JV Company
3.Supporting the General Manager in operation activities and the financial management of the JV Company
4.Establishment of effective financial & accounting systems and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the accounting in the JV Company
5.Establishment of effective costs monitoring and control systems in the JV Company
6.Preparation, execution and control of the financial forecasts and budgeting
7.Arrangement of the financing and other issues related to financial institutions
8.Taxation optimization, Liaison with government authorities to ensure legal compliance
9.Keeping the company informed about the relevant financial laws and regulations
10.Building up and coaching the financial management team
11.Other tasks required by the top management team.
Requirements:
1.Major in financing and bachelor degree or above. Accounting background.
2.More than 6 years of working experience and minimum 3 years working experience as financial manager in a foreign company or a manufacturing company; working experience in a joint-venture will be preferable.
3.Knowledge of local tax laws & policies, financial laws and foreign financial systems.
4.Fluent in spoken and written English.
5.Good interpersonal, negotiation skills, good leadership and integrity.
6.Capable of working under pressure, be good at resolve complicated issues.
