采购主管/Sourcing Supervisor
职位描述：
1. To source raw materials, components and packaging materials locally as much as possible, but mainly within China
2. To assist with new Supplier selection and qualification
3. To contribute towards the improvement of all product quality and a reduction in the overall costs of products made in China
4. To ensure QDAC (Quality, Deliver, Agility and Cost) are achieved and maintained to the customer at all times from the China operation
5. To assist in the set up of the new facility in China and work towards having 80% of all raw materials, components and packaging materials purchased locally (or at least in China) for all assemblies and machines produced in the China factory
6. Be responsible for the total spend on materials and managing the Supply Chain within China
