Essential Responsibilities:
1. Support the pererrorformance management implementation in the whole organization.
2. Develop variety of templates and samples of pererrorformance management tools.
3. Provide training and coach to defined audience during implementation.
4. Deliver quality deliverables and make convincing recommendations tailored to the defined audience.
5. Analyze and Modify HR regulations.
6. Review and Modify job deerrorscriptions.
7. Generate and break down KPI.
8. Set up competency model.
9. Organizational Pererrorformance Management system.
10. Individual Pererrorformance Management system.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Experience in Human Capital Management projects, or equivalent experience of Human Capital Management experience in large industrial companies.
2. Experienced in Job Deerrorscription develop, KPI design, competence model design, organizational and individual pererrorformance management.
3. Problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations.
4. Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling task progress, motivating client team, and networking project internal or external relationship.
5. Effective interpersonal & communication skills, including interviewing, presenting, facilitating, coaching, training and negotiation skills.
6. Strong self-motivation with a value errorframework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution.
