职责：
1) 在SAP系统里编制机加零部件采购定单,向供应商下单同时跟踪每一笔定单
2) 供应商的开发
3) 现有供应商的管理(价格控制、质量控制和交货期的控制等）
4) 采购款项的处理
5) 上级安排的其它工作
要求：
1) 了解机械类相关知识；能够读懂机械类图纸
2) 熟悉各种合金钢、钢材锻造、调治及热处理工艺
3) 熟悉供应商管理和采购流程
4) 良好的沟通和协调能力；优秀的谈判能力
5) 英语口语流利,CET-4
6) 熟练操作Office 办公软件，AUTOCAD软件及SAP系统
Responsibilities:
1.Writing the PO in SAP system and send the order to suppliers;tracing each order
2.Developing mechanical suppliers
3.Managing the existed suppliers (cost control,quality control,delivery control)
4.Dealing with the payment
Requirements:
1.Good knowledge in mechanical engineer;good understanding in different mechanical drawings
2.Familiar with alloy steel,stell forge,recuperation under medical treatment and technology for heating processing
3.Familiar with supplier management and purchasing procedure
4.Good communication and coordinate skills and negotiation skills
5.Fluent in English,CET-4
6.Skilled in Office software and SAP system
