Major Responsibility:
1. Work with EHS Team and management to develop EHS plan and manage the execution and improvement process of the plan, continual improve EHS management system.
2. Work with EHS Team and HRD to coordinate and deliver EHS Training, communication and awareness promotion in.
3. Liaise relevant authorities on EHS matters, such as EPB, Safety Bureau, Hygiene Bureau and Fire Department.
4. Coordinate and lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible.
5. Work with EHS Team and management to implement EHS Policy, procedure and program.
6. Work with Plant Manager to organize plant EHS Committee meeting and activities.
7. Work with EHS Team to conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in EHS related field.
2. 2~5 years experience on EHS Management in multi-national company.
3. Certified ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 internal auditor.
4. Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
5. Proficiency in common PC based applications
6. Good knowledge on chemical safety, especially on flammable liquid safety.
7. Knowledge of Chinese EHS Legal and regulation.
