Responsibilities:
- Manage the machining division of the production department with about 25 machines and 25 staff
- Main machining processes: CNC lathe center, CNC milling, CNC deep hole drilling, CNC horning, CNC machining center, annealing, round grinding, polishing ( mainly imported from Germany)
- Main products: screw and barrels for plastic extruders, pipe head and die sets for plastic pipe extrusion line
- Annual output: 150 sets of screws, 50 barrels and 100 die sets with value around RMB 20 million
Requirements:
- Education background: Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Good command of English. Capability of German an advantage
- Minimum 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years experience at managerial position
- Very good knowledge of various CNC machining processes especially in lathing, milling, deep hole drilling and large machining center
- Good knowledge of following processes: polishing, grinding and welding
- Experience in production planning, shift scheduling and labor cost calculation with ERP software like SAP
- Strong interpersonal communication skill and target oriented
