岗位职责：
规划生产管理系统
根据作业计划，开展生产工作、监控产品质量，确保产品按时、按质、按量交货
合理调配人力资源，调整生产布局，安排、调整生产能力，提高生产效率
生产管理，监督、检查生产进度和计划完成情况
部门的管理、教育、培训、考核、奖惩
组织实施标准生产作业方法，填报标准生产能力表
组织改善生产制造的方法，研究提高生产效率的对策
组织生产质量管理及异常的预防、纠正、改善
组织做好生产成本控制工作，做好每个月的成本核算分析工作
建立车间、班组责任制，按月考核并兑现，调动车间职工工作的积极性
生产部的固定资产，劳动保护用品，水、电、气的管理
组织进行安全生产管理，生产现场的环境卫生管理
完成上级交给的其它任务
岗位要求：
1.精通铝压铸、机加工等工艺技术

5.熟悉常见的机械设备
6.有规范化的生产管理经验
7.机械、机电或金属加工行业5年以上生产管理经验

Position: Director of Production
Working place: jiashan taozhuang industrial park
Job responsibilities:
-- Planning production management system;
--carrying out the production, monitoring the quality of products according to the working plan, ensures that the delivery of the products is on schedule, with quality and quantity;
--allocating human resources reasonably, adjusting production layout, arranging and adjusting production capacity, improving productivity;
--managing production, supervising and inspecting production progress and completion of plans;
-- Sector management, education, training, appraisal, reward and punishment;
-- Organizing the implementation of the standard method of production, making the table of standard production capacity;
-- Organizing to improve production methods, researching on the measures of improving production efficiency;
-- organizing production quality management, preventing, correcting and improving abnormality;
-- organizing to do a good job in controlling the cost of production and costing analysis of every month;
-- establishing the workshop and team responsibility, Monthly assessment and honoured, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers’ work;
-- Managing production department fixed assets, labor protection supplies, water, electricity and gas;
-- Organizing to carry out safety production and management, Managing the Environmental Health of the production spot;
-- completing other tasks of a higher level.
Position Requirements:
--Proficiency in aluminum die-casting, machining and other technology;
-- Tenacity, integrity, responsibility, self-confidence, hard-working;
-- Outstanding leadership
-- Communication and coordination ability is good;
-- Familiar with the common mechanical equipment;
-- have standardized production and management experience;
-- more than five years production management experience in mechanical, electrical or metal processing industry;
-- English Proficiency.
