1.min. 5 years factory experience
2.able to set Accounting/HR&Admin system and procedures for factory with over 500 workers
3.university graduate preferably with accounting qualification
4.good knowledge of PRC tax and labour law
5.spoken and written English ability a must
6.should be able to work independently with good people management skill
