负责工厂的质量管理工作，包括制定相关制度、质量检验管理、不合格产品控制、质量成本控制、理化实验管理。
Responsible Shanghai and Jiaxing for quality management, including establish relevant system, quality examination, unqualified product, quality cost control and physical and chemical test.
主要的工作内容和职责Essential Duties And Responsibilities：
按照TS16949顾客要求的质量管理标准模式，建立和保持文件化质量体系，并在公司年度经营方针和目标的指引下，制定部门内具体年度工作重点内容和目标，并监督和促进年度工作重点内容和目标分阶段、按计划有效执行。
Follow TS16949 customer requirements standard mode, establish documentary quality system and maintain it. Make detailed annual work keystone and target directed by company annual management guideline and target. Supervise and advance the performance of annual work keystone and target, ensure its efficiency according to the program.
按照技术标准、产品图纸或有关技术文件，组织好从原材料、外购外协件入厂到产品加工、包装直至出厂整个过程质量检验工作。
According to the technical standard, the product blueprint or the related technical document, organize quality test work from the entry of raw materials, outsourcing product to products machining, packing and leaving from factory.
认真做好产品质量管理工作，建立健全产品检验制度，制定落实质量检验制度，制定落实质量检验规程。
Supervise the product quality, including establish and perfect product examination system, establish and carry out quality test regulations and process.
认真做好调查研究工作，及时掌握产品质量的动态情况，随时分析新产品试制和生产进程中的质量问题，协调处理并提出解决措施。
Do the investigation and research, including grasp the dynamic situation of product quality promptly, analyze the quality problems in the new product trial manufacturing and the production process at any moment, make out forward resolvent.
围绕产品质量“以预防为主”这个中心开展工作，对产品生产过程中的关键工序实施过程控制，即SPC控制。
Set up all job mainly based on "prevent primarily" of product quality;actualize process control for the key points in production process, namely SPC control.
制定和执行《首批样品认可程序》、《供方质量能力评审程序》等相应文件，对供应商质量进行评审，并提出阶段计划和目标。
Establish and implement "Approval Procedure of First batch Sample", "Appraisal Procedure of Supplier Quality Ability "and so on, assess and auditing the quality of supplier, propose the stage plan and goal.
做好不合格品的控制工作，对不合格品的隔离、标识、评审和处置负责，并做好不合格品的记录（如生产时间、地点、产品批次、零部件号、生产设备等），为纠正措施提供依据。
Control the unqualified products, in charge of dealing with the unqualified products isolation, marking, auditing and handling, complete records of unqualified products ( productive time, place, product lot number, part number, production instruments and so on), provide the basis for the correction measure.
负责产品所处检验和试验状态时的标识工作及负责检验、测量和试验设备的控制工作。
In charge of identify the product experimentation and test status; In charge of controlling testing, measurement and experimental equipment.
负责公司理化试验管理工作。
In charge of physical and chemical test management.
做好生产现场的检验工作，坚持首件检验、重视过程巡检，严格最终检验和试验，发现问题及时采取相应措施。
Examine in production spot, insist on first product inspection, attach importance to process checking, strict final test and experiment, discover the problem and take the corresponding measurement promptly.
督促车间执行工艺规程，合理利用工艺装备，防止产品划伤及腐蚀。
Supervise the workshop to implement the technical process, use the craft equipment reasonably, prevent the product scratches and corrosion.
对生产全过程出现的质量异常波动提出处理意见和预防纠正措施。
Put forward disposal idea and prevent measurement for quality abnormity undulate appears in entire produce process.
督促统计员对生产制造全过程质量成本进行统计、分析与控制并不断进行质量的持续改进。
Supervise the statistician to make out the entire process quality cost of statistics, the analysis,the control and carries on the continuous the improvement.
定期对公司内部质量体系的运营状况进行审核，并对产品质量进行LOT（批次）抽查和追踪，对质量体系不断进行完善。
Access and audit running state of the company interior quality system, spot-check and trace the quality of LOT product.
任职要求Qualification：
学历/经验Education/Experience：
大专以上学历，3年以上大型企业相关岗位工作经验。
Academy or above degree ordered, 3 years experiences of relevant position in the large-scale company.
技能Skills：
具备基本的英语听说写能力。
Basic English listening, speaking and writing skill.
对质量体系有详细了解，具有建立、推行企业质量体系能力。
Have detailed understanding of quality system, ability of establishment and carrying out the enterprise quality system.
熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系，能运用SPC技术对现场存在的和发现的问题进行分解决。
Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system, can using the SPC technology to solve the problems existed in production locale.
了解与产品质量相关政策、法规，有良好人际沟通能力和相关工作经历。
Understanding product quality correlation policies, laws and regulations, have the good interpersonal communication ability and relevant work experience.
