Purchasing Manager 采购经理
Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for HVAC components and subsystems for Chinese and European market
• Support suppliers to meet the specification and quality requirements
• Work with engineering team on components selection, supplier selection, supplier risk analysis
• Negotiation with supply in terms of quality requirements, delivery and the price condition
• Constantly seek ways to decrease product cost
• Contract completion
• Controlling of the production and delivery of the supply
• FAI and product inspection if necessary
Qualifications:
• Age over 30
• BS degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering, air conditioning technology, or railway technology)
• At least 3-5 years experience in procuring, engineering, service or production.
• HVAC background for Transportation Systems would be an advantage.
• Good skills in project management and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good at coordination and high responsibility.
• Flexible for relocation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good skill in Microsoft Windows & Office Application
