Duties and Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Manage the QC Lab to run in god status and to keep QC lab work with high efficiency.
2. Take QC staff to do quality check and respond to QC work.
3. Deal with quality complaints from customer quickly and make feedback to the requirement of customer.
Fulfill the requirement of customer according to company’s policies.
4. Cooperate with technical departments and production to deal with non-pererrorforming material: including raw
material and finished products.
5. Collect, Review and Analysis data of complaint and quality problem and take corrective action to improve
work.
6. Provide suggestion for adjustment of those products during in production
7. Provide training for QC staff.
8. Supervise QC lab to work following ISO requirement
9. Ensure QC lab in safety.
Qualification Requirements资质要求：
-University degree , major with chemistry related
-Good English, both oral and written
-At least 5 years experiences in coatings company
-Multinational company experience is preferred
-Be familiar paint manufacturing process
-Result Orientation

-Good in communication and learning
