Responsibility:
Work under the direction of Purchasing and Supply Chain VP in US to be responsible for the following area:
1).Purchase from vendors Casegoods pieces and Leather products.
2).Production management: make sure all purchasing orders will be made on time.
3).Inventory control: factory delivery on time to DC customers, SE customers, moving inventory from SW, SE, and PX warehouses.
4).Reporting: report to internal and external customers for all purchasing, production, inventory information.
5).QAD and system: QAD and system creating and updating to make sure the data is correct for the entire company.
6).Communication skills: communicating with all vendors, (vendor relationships), internal departments, some customers
7). Leadership of the China team.
Qualifications:
Very responsible, patient, careful with a head of figure and good knowledge of production/supply chain. Experience dealing with US companies process and communication.
1)Working Experience: More than six years management experience.Furniture experience preferred.
2)Profession Background: Grasp good knowledge of import purchasing, production, inventory, sales and all related to supply chain management.
3)Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
4)Computer Operation Skills: Capable of operate MS Office system skillfully, such as Word, Excel,Database. Be familiar with QAD.
5) Special Skills: Have a head of figure so as to make good analysis for production forecast/Inventory control.
6) Comprehensive Qualities: Strong responsibilities, positive, enthusiasm, creative, skillful communications.
