Mission:
Communication, to function as the primary contacts between designated sources and Samsonite organization;
Product development, to develop new products in good quality & on time by working together with suppliers, project managers & designers in Belgium office;
Quality control, to pererrorform in-line and final inspections at suppliers, to ensure Samsonite gets the best products in the price and quality ratio, as well as the quality specs;
Production follow-up, to closely follow up productions at suppliers, to ensure Samsontie products being developed, produced, and shipped on time, and in good quality, good services, ensure all engineering changes will be implemented correctly;
CAP follow-up, to follow up the corrective action plans at suppliers of each errorformal quality or social audits, to ensure the continuous improvements; monitor and report to team manager of the potential risks of the supplier;
Profile:
Minimum of over 2 years work experience in luggage,bags or relevant softline industry;
Good interpersonal and with solid exposure in multi-national culture and working environment;
Independent, self-initiative and proactive thinking, willing to working base in the allocated factories;
Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and project management skills, good communication skills;
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, and should be computer literate
