Job Description:
Responsible for new product development and project follow-up from feasibility study to production. Provide technical consultancy. Develop new product design and conduct product cost estimation. Coordinate problem solving activities relating to projects with vendors. Communicate with internal department, vendors and overseas customers; work closely with manufacturing engineers in China to ensure smooth transition to mass production. Work with QA to ensure products' quality
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering / molding / material major.
2) Minimum 3 years working experience in product development and merchandising with wide range of Office products, such as white board is preferred.
3) Experience in major buying offices/agents and familiar with US market trend and standard required.
4) Good communication skill in English both oral & written.
5)Good computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook etc.
6)Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and team player.
7) Strong bargaining and project management skills.
工作职责：
1.直接与国外客人沟通及汇报;
2.负责产品研发进度控制、成本控制及质量控制，以确保产品发展进度及交货按时、正常运作，以及保证生产质量，满足客户要求。
3.负责协调客人与生产商解决产品工程发展及生产过程中的各种问题；
4.负责整理产品工程文件
资历要求：
1.大专以上学历，具备良好英文听写沟通能力
2.最少3年工作经验，熟悉制模/注塑工艺，生产工艺流程控制，有管理经验，懂材料和预算。
3.积极主动、责任心强，且能承受压力
4.良好团队合作精神
