(7) 英语口语和书面流畅
(8) 有海运公司经验者优先
Responsible and Duties:
(1)Plant Manager is Responsible for the production progress and any deviations.
(2)Monitoring continuously the progress of the production
(3)Assist the office staff in securing that the required quality and delivery times are met
(4)Lead the entire team of the company
(5)Cost control
(6)Co-operate with representatives from the shipowners
(7)On a weekly basis report to the headquarter in Denmark
Qualifications:
(1)A university degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
(2)General Management experience from a production company
(3)Analytical, structured and good in giving priorities
(4)Teamplayer
(5)Readiness to work in an European environment
(6)Operational experience with the Microsoft Office Solution
(7)Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
(8)Experience from the Marine Sector is preferred but not a must
