Responsibilities
1、负责工厂所有的工程设备运转；
Responsible for overall plant-wide engineering function;
2、支持生产，确保设备和机器的持续运作；
Supports manufacturing and ensures continuous operation of machinery and facility ;
3、负责车间的工程，确保设备和机器的合理维护；
Oversees Plant Engineering to ensure proper maintenance of facility and machinery;
4、负责项目工程，维持和改进现有的机器和设备，并计划未来工程的拓展；
Oversees Project Engineering to maintain and improve existing facility and machinery, and plans for future expansion;
5、负责环境工程，确保与国家和当地的法规保持一致；
Oversees Environmental Engineering to ensure conformance to national and local regulations;
6、负责工厂所有的持续改进项目；
Oversees plant-wide Continuous Improvement Program;
7、负责公司的质量标准；
Maintains Company standards of quality;
8、坚持全球安全，环境制度和政策；
Adheres to all global safety and environmental regulations and policies;
9、分配的特殊项目。
Special projects as assigned.
