Position: Administration and Human Resources Manager (Location in Wenzhou)
Responsibilities:
Enforce Company procedures and efficiency
Handle full spectrum of HR activities, such as recruitment, performance management etc
Ensure integrity of HR system and policy
Maintain general office administration
Serve as a strategic partner to senior management in all human resources and administration matters to achieve company goal as well as collaborate with senior management to enable organization change and increase employee commitment and capability
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in similar position for at least 3 years managing an office of 30+ staff successfully preferably in a service related (non-retail) industry
Over 2 years’ previous relevant experience at Foreign (Europe, US) invested company preferred
Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or related discipline like (Human Resources, or Training & Development)
Solid knowledge and practical experience on China labor ordinance
Fluency in English and Mandarin required
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
Resourceful, proactive and dynamic, and a good team player who enjoys getting actively involved in strategic human resources and business issues
Mature, professional, integrity, independent, well-organized & able to work under pressure
