职位 一：设备经理Facility Manager （欧美企业）
Requirements:
1、Engineering bachelor degree, construction related major preferred.
2、Rich experience in new plant building. At least three years Project Manager working
experience in new factory construction.
3、Good communication skill. Good writing and oral English would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
1、Leading the whole new plant building process to achieve budget control and accomplishing
within target date.
2、Leading a team including process engineer, utility engineer, contracted suppliers to design and
build a high quality plant by world class benchmark.
3、Main construction selection and lead all biding process
4、Following all government approval process in the whole construction process
5、Implement all decisions from steering committee
职位 二：Facility Manager（著名美资）
岗位要求：
1、Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or Facility/Engineering Management
工程，设备或者工程管理专业本科
2、Minimum 8+ years experience in Facilities Management at supervisory level and 5+ relevant working experience, battery industry background preferable
有设施管理监督的水平至少8年的工作经验，5 年相关的工作经验，最好具有电池行业的工作背景
3、Working experience in Manufacturing Plant especially for vacuum system, clean room environment preferable
具有在制造工厂工作的工作经验，尤其是真空系统，洁净室环境的首选
4、Demonstrated strong ownership, leadership, and management skills
有强烈的主人翁意识，领导和管理技能
5、Be detail oriented, analytical and demonstrated supervisory skills

6、Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese

7、Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

岗位职责：
1、 Setup/supervise/manage Facilities Management staffs
建立，监督，管理设施管理方面的事宜。
2、Develop operating and capital budgets for facilities, facilities group savings targets
在设施，减少集体设施花费方面发展经营，预算资本。
3、Assure optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.)
保证建设最优的运作系统（HVAC，灭火设备，电梯等）。
4、Identify and implement savings initiatives
确定和实施节省。
5、Implement EHS programs
落实环境保护，健康与安全程序。
6、Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for facilities
发展全面的年度检查设施的过程计划。
7、Coordinate/manage service contract requirements and associated vendors
协调/管理服务合同的要求及相关供应商。
8、 Ensure adherence to Facilities Management Policies and Procedures
确保遵守设施的管理政策和程序。
9、Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
与内部/外部顾客和设施的工作人员发展/保持积极的关系。
