职责：
1. 合理管理生产进度，制造生产计划；
2. 协调各部门以及本部门的关系；
3. 管理CNC的卷板和弯管设备；
4. 跟踪生产进度和改进生产过程；
5. 改进装配和焊接流程；
6. 提高员工士气；
7. 改进生产效率；
8. 指导和培训员工的操作技能；
9. 改进装配和焊接的生产工艺；
10. 提高团队合作精神。
要求：
1.冷压力加工成型专业或金属材料专业；
2.3年以上的机械类装配管理经验；
3.懂机加工、焊接、电气等相关知识；
4.有良好的沟通、协调和管理能力；
5.英语好优先；
Responsibilities
1. Managing the manufacturing progress in accordance with the working plan;
2. Cooperating with other relevant Dept. and group;
3. Programming the CNC rolling and bending machine;
4. Monitoring and improving the rationality of manufacturing process;
5. Creating the fabrication and welding process;
6. Developing the measurement of the employee’s performance;
7. Improving the efficiency of production;
8. Coaching and training the operators in operating skill;
9. Creating the instruction of fabrication and welding;
10. Creating a working team in fabricating
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in machinery field;
2. Three or more years’ experience in fabrication;
3. Strong technology background in fabrication and welding;
4. Fluent English is better;
5. Working as a leader of a team, good communication skill and people management knowledge is required;
6. Over two years’ working experience in international group;
