Tasks:
Formulate business strategy and fulfill business targets
Take full charge of overall business management and decision-making
Take charge of daily operation management of JV including production, logistic, purchasing, quality, sales and etc
Be responsible for company daily administration including making out and carrying out the management regulations, establishing company system, optimizing working process and collocating relevant resources
Build smooth and effective communication and act as interface between foreign and Chinese partners
Be responsible for people management and budget control

Professional Experience:
At least five years experience in overall operation in manufacturing company, with plant management experience preferred
